Baby spitting up all the time?

My one week old is constantly spitting up. Not just a little but alot. After I feed her and even an hour or more after. Twice she has projectile vomited. We switched to a formula that is supposed to reduce spitting up but doesn't seem to. And we try to feed less more often but that doesn't seem to be working. I don't know what to do, what this means or if its normal. Our next pedi visit is next week so I'm going to ask just want to know if anyone else had this happening.
