FLEECE FOR GUINEA PIG CAGE,NEED HELP FROM USERS!?

I have two guinea pigs and have been looking for the right bedding.I have tried many things and saw people using fleece in their cage.I have large fleece blanket that i never seem to use that i thought would work well.I washed it three times,dried it with no fabric softener, and was wondering HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PEE TO FILTER THROUGH YOUR FLEECE?Thanks for your time! any other advice of fun ideas for fleece are appreciated!
