What Do These Smog Numbers Point To?

what i am seeing that looks off is the NOX, that could be a lean mixture, an egr valve that is plugged and not letting any flow take place. if i saw the limits for what you are trying to p with, id have more info for you. get back to me and i will see what we can find.
