What are the reasons (intrinsic, material, social) that the National Immigration Forums exists?

Any chance you guys could pay the money you have stolen from us back? Billions over the last twenty years.. maybe as much as a trillion. Something close to 348 billion this year. And this IS the subject buddy.. so don't wander off into a rant on racism or such garbage. Keep it simple.. we will pay you back xxxx dollars for the next ten years. Soo...????
