Praying in Islam.............?

My personal opinion is that IF the quran was for ALL people and ALL people do not speak Arabic then it wouldn't matter what language the prayer was said in. God understands all languages and He knows what is in your heart and that is what is most important. If the prayer can be translated into another language, as another answerer said you did it correctly in English, then it does have the same meaning. If it cannot be translated into another language then it obviously is not for ALL people.
