0bama's plan mandates that blacks & hispanics become 1/4 of doctors. How well will that racist idea work given?

Why don't we just make sure each patient gets a doctor of the same race? Under Obamacare there will have to be many more doctors so I am sure that will open the door for people who would not qualify otherwise. Especially if the pay goes down for medical doctors and the need increases under Obamacare, we will be flooded with affirmative action doctors. In Kenya, where Obama has family, doctors are not paid that much, people make more in corrupt politics.
