Could a lack of pms symptoms indicate pregnancy?

well since I started metformin i started to have ovulatory cycles the first time in years well I noticed since i got these new fertile cycles i would get tenderness after ovulation until my period was due then i would get cramps well me an my partner are trying to conceive an we bd on my ovulation window this month but this month i haven't gotten any symptoms at all an i am a day late what could this mean?
