How can I stay motivated?
I'm on weight watchers and I plan out my meals the night before. I have everything down to the point. It's all fine and dandy in the morning, but by the time 4oclock (or so) rolls around, I binge like you wouldn't believe. I want to cut out chocolate, refined sugar, "white carbs" and processed crap. Chocolate has (miraculously) been cut already and I don't think it's that big of an issue. Processed foods also. I'm not too bad about those. I only eat white carbs when I binge. And my sweet tooth is UNBELIEVABLE. How do I tame it? Any good tips for staying on track? I do want to lose weight, yes, but I also want to be healthy. All the junk listed above makes me feel like crap after I eat it, yet I can't stop. What can help me stop??
