How do i cite notes i took in cl?

im writing an essay for my english cl about the psychoual stages of development, because I am a psychology major this topic is basic knowledge for me. however, my english teacher told me that i need to have sources and that one of them could be my own notes from a psychology cl. ive been looking on line and cant find how to cite this though... does anyone know how to cite personal notes in mla format?
