Hey my baby boy is due July 3rd. He is definably a boy because we had multiple scans and he flashed us tons in them. My own home's the reason I have issues?

I have abuse, DSS, affair, violent, scary issues in my home, have two legit AD HD & ADD siblings who always treat me like crap, verbally and physically. My parents, especially my dad, verbally abuse me. Fat, stupid, lazy brat, sh*t, idiot, moron, spoiled, moose, as*, fag got, you name it. When I was 6-7 my dad would threaten to break my jaw or would show me a wall and say he'd put me through it. They always depend on me for stuff they need, I'm only a fifteen year-old boy, i feel like an adult. I've learn to cook, clean, sew, babysit, laundry, mow the lawn, groceries, pet care, and get badgered when something isn't done or something isn't done right. Now, I make sure EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE is perfect, and if it isn't, I'm deeply disappointed in myself. I'm always nervous around my family because something is bound to get ugly. Now, I worry about everything 24/7, some things that aren't even bound to happen. The most disturbing and twisted words, subjects, and images pop in my head, and I can't help but dwell on them, and still do. Panic attacks have become a regular thing for me now. I was deeply depressed from 8-14 years old. My friends got me help when I started thinking of suicide. I didn't tell my friends and they never found out about that. I've had trouble sleeping, worries, and panic attacks since I was maybe 10. I haven't trusted my dad since I was 4. i'm losing faith in my mom. My grandmother, who is the only one that understands me is in the hospital, my siblings drive me to drink. I apologize to everyone, even when they tell me it's okay or I've done nothing wrong, I ignore that. When I don't do something close to perfect, someone compliments me, I either block out their comment or contradict their comment. It's to this this point that I have GAD, OCD, and if I don't do something about it, and I'd hate to go back to feeling that way, I'm on the brink on falling back into depression.

Where should I plan on skiing/riding next year?

Right now is the time of year I usually start planning my ski trips. Lodging selection are plentiful, and there are great deals on season pes. I've been skiing/riding for the last 12 years. Typically I go with a group of about 8 people and rent a 4 bedroom house for about 10-14 days. We're all from Fl, and in our early 30's. I've been to Heavenly three or four times, and it's perfect because you get some great deals on season pes and homes prices-and the night life is pretty good. Breck/Vail resorts are pretty nice for these reasons as well. But we've been there as well. Park City's night life's great- but there are no real deals on lift tickets- and homes tend to be pricey for that area. I've looked into Big Sky, but I'm unsure as to the nightlife-and the cost factor. Whistler is obviously choice number one except for the cash. Stowe was nice- but somewhat small. East coast skiing is out due to the fact we're spoiled by that soft pow. What am I missing that's board friendly (minimal cat trails) budget friendly, decent nightlife (I refuse to use the term Apres Ski-sorry), and a great mountain in January or February? Appreciate all suggestions.

I have bowl problems pls advice?

Im looking for pro advice on this matter im 27 and seen my doctor twice for this...ok i seem to be having issues pooing sometimes i can go a week without pooing but i get very bloated and suffer tummy ache when this happen i poo about 5 times before having very painfull dioreah. I train in boxing from 4:30-6:00 and may be starting 6:00-7:30 or 4:30-7:30. Idk yet (5 days a week/no week end).But either way, we do calisthenics and bag/mitt work during practice. No weight training included. With summer starting, I will be able to make it to the gym at any time of day so I can catch up on my weight training. But I have heard about over training. How do I stay away from that? Should I not go to boxing on the days that I weight train (1-2 days a week/not including weekends)?

How do i help cure my dog from fears of random household objects?

I have a 6-month old Olde English Bulldogge. I bought her from a very caring private breeder when she was 8 weeks old. She is a very happy, well-adjusted, affectionate dog but she is EXTREMELY WARY of random objects. The opening of a grocery bag, the sudden rustle of paper, our fake Christmas tree, anything falling and making a loud noise- practically anything that is new to her or anything that may make an unexpected movement or noise. I am an umeployed, recent college- so we spend all day together and she gets plenty of attention and when she gets spooked- she runs to me or hides in my room until I go to ure her that she is okay. We have gone through a puppy obedience cl and she loves interacting with people and other dogs and I try to couple new experiences/things with positive reinforcement and most importantly- I am almost positive that she has never had any bad encounters with abuse or neglect. When I picked her from her litter-mates, I did notice that a couple of the others were larger and more boisterous and she was more quiet and calm- but now she is a pretty hefty dog and is scared of something as small as a roll of paper-towels. Does anyone have any similar experiences or perhaps any tips on helping her to not be so easily scared? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I know, we all wish our figure was a little slimmer, and sorry to say, i do not know of anything that will help you overnight, but here is what i think you should do. First of all, spend a good part of today exercising, walk the dog, go for a jog, or play a game of neighborhood soccer. Then, before you go to bed, and when you wake up, do some crunches. Crunches strengthen your abdominal muscles, which helps burn tummy fat. If you aren't sure what they are, google them and i'm sure you will come up with some things. Actually, getting into a habit of doing crunches every night will help you lose tummy fat. It's okay, just wear a shirt you think is cute. Don't wear something tight and low, you will just feel more uncomfortable, wear something you think is cute, pair it with cute jewelry and hair, and spend a few extra minutes on make-up, i'm sure you'll look great. proper cleaner and a cloth for the black stuff. dont use a scrubbing brush or anything like that it will damage the paint and caus corrosion. if corrosion has already set in, and the laquer and/or paint has started flaking away it is already too late to just clean them. you will need to sand the effected areas back to the metal and prime, paint and laquer. the best way to stop this happening again is by cleaning them regularily and properly with car shampoo and waxing them. cant stress how important wax is, it stops the brake dust from sticking, repels water and makes them easier to clean next time.

Apparently, if a person can't trust anyone it means they also can't trust themselves - half of me believes this but then half of me doesn't. We must be careful when administering justice, as the world knows justice, for we are a fallen people and what is justice to one, may not be so to another. I would never change or try to change Gods Word, but I think that justice here should be interpreted as love. Jesus set that example before us with the woman caught in adultery, and the Pharisees demanded justice, to see what He would do. None of us would want justice given to us for our sins but, yet pray for mercy and love. If we all received justice for our sins we could not stand under the weight of it. God loves our praise and we praise Him for the sacrifice He has made for us, taking our sins so that we may be justified in faith, by grace through Christ. When we praise Him, I think we should take a page from King David and do so with all our heart, and if we truly know and repent of our sins we do, because we understand the justification that has been made by Christ for us. This is the justice that God is speaking of here, love. And yes, He would rather have us love one another, and Him. Then all the praise in the world. So I just got a 50% on my midterm in biology mostly because I think I was more interested in memorization though my new strategy is going to be going through each concept and doing a : who, what, where,why,when and how. So I can actually understand the topic. Would that be a good way to understand things? And what are other ways you or other have done to understand concepts

Will Less Sleep Lower My Intelligence?

I understand that obviously if you don't get enough sleep your body and mind desires you seem a bit weary. I've been surviving on 5 hours of sleep everyday, and I'm grade 12. I hate that, I love sleeping, but I feel like I'm getting more stupid everyday. As if my I'm killing all my brain cells by not sleeping. Is that even possible? Can I permanently lower my intelligence by not sleeping enough?

7 months old and still walking up all through the night?

i've always argued that i will never let my baby cry because i want her to develop a sense of trust in me and i've read that when u respond to ur baby's needs promptly and with care early on, they grow into more independent and calm babies and toddlers. the theory is yet to be proven in my baby's case, who was incredibly fussy and difficult since birth. everyone including my own mom told me to just let her cry,but i never did. it has gotten much better since birth but in the sleep department, it only got better for about a month when she was 5 months old (she would give me about 5 hour strech of sleep) then we're back to waking up every hour or two. she needs to be nursed to sleep which i tried to stop several times but its just really really difficult, i've tried for about a week to just pat her and calm her but it goes on all night and by the end of the week i was a wreck. right now i finally got her to accept a pacifier thinking she might suck on that all night and sleep but ofcourse the pacifier falls and she wakes up and she would refuse the pacifier and just want to be nursed to sleep. it gets to the point when she grabs my or keeps banging her head on them till i give in. i have to nurse her and or hold her with a pacifier to sleep for naps and for bedtime and all throught he night when she wakes up which means basically i do that for like 10 times a day. its exhausting really. and its not just that i'm tired i'm a bit disappointed, i feel like i failed to be a good mom and teach my baby how to fall asleep and stay asleep. once i was sick and had to go to the hospital and stayed for the night and my mom stayed with her, she wouldnt sleep till 3 am all the time screaming and then she slept for an hour only and woke up hysterical and my mom had to bring her to the hospital. what am i doing wrong? i read all the books and i try everything in my power. i only tried to let her cio as i periodically check on her once, and she cried for an hour and didnt fall asleep. what should i do?

Greek Life and Religion? Open to All current Greeks ?

I can ure you that none of our organizations are demonic. However, there is a small group of individuals that have denounced their organizations because of their current narrow view of Christianity. This supposed "ex-soror" of my organization is either not really a member, took part in things that are not the norm in the organization and therefore are not allowed, or she is just straight up and down lieing to further her own agenda or settle a score. None of the organizations worship Greek/Roman gods (this was an outright lie!) and pledging and hazing is not permitted. I am a Christian and so are most of our members. In fact, I got even closer to God once I became a member because so many of my chapter sorors worshipped God together every Sunday. Trust me, there is no idoltry unless individuals are seeking to idolize which would be their fault and weakness, no one else's. Although I have never personally met anyone like this, I would imagine that there are some members that don't know how to balance their lives and allow their organization to become way too big in their lives and then they might start feeling guilty because they are being neglectful of other life areas, like being active in church. But this is their fault and they should be angry with themselves, not with the organizations. You can be as active as you want to or as your time permits in the organizations so no one can set your schedule but you; there is no mandatory amount of time you are permitted to spend on sorority activities. Also, it's true that some chapters don't follow the rules when it comes to pledging/hazing, but it's also true that many chapters DO follow their organizations' rules. I am the product of such a chapter. Those who do not comply with the organizations' rules suffer the consequences if caught, including expulsion from the organizations. For all we know this "ex-soror" could have been expelled for misconduct and she is trying now to settle the score. Whatever you do, do your own research and exploration before just believing what people say and seek out current active members (preferably those that have been members for some time) and respectfully ask questions. We are NOT secret societies and we are more than happy to discuss our organizations with those who are respectful. We do have some confidential information that we cannot share but so does my place of work and so do many organizations, companies, groups, etc. Feel free to email me if you wish and if you are thinking about pursuing membership into one of these organizations, seek your own answers and do your own research because you never know what someone's motives are.

I've got three children and been a mom for over 8 years now and this has never happened. Yesterday my oldest daughter, who is 8 was acting like something was wrong with her. Finally I sat her down and asked her what was bothering her. She told me she had stolen money out of my purse, when we were at the store. She told me she felt bad, and knew she deserved to get a and just wanted to get it over with. I did not know what to do really, on one hand I know it took a lot for her to admit what she had done to me, but on the other hand stealing is a biggie and needs to be punished as such. The first thing I did was tell her I was proud of her for being honest but disappointed about what she had done. Me and her dad had a talk with her, and I decided to go ahead and give her the ing. Not becasue she had asked for it, but that would of been the punishment for stealing anyways. In a way I think she thought if she asked for a , she would not get one. She was taken to her room and given a six swat for what she had done. I ended it by reinforcing she did the right thing by telling us, but telling us did not erase the fact that she had to be punished for doing wrong. What would you do if your child asked for a ing?

she went to a lockin at a theme park. When I called they said there is no adult supervision so basically they can leave if they want to. She said she would behave and so did her boyfriend. How long does it take for my eyebrows to grow a bit thicker?

I have thick eyebrows :) a bit like the model in the picture, but anyways my hair grows really quickly too, so I would say about 2 weeks for you, 3 weeks tops. When you pluck your eyebrows again, don't try and pluck too much. Pluck a little bit at a time. This happened to me last year, but I plucked my eyebrow on the left too much and it looked slanted :/

Im at the end of my first year of university and looking back on it i feel depressed that i havent made the most of it socially and this has an effect on my motivation to study. Comparing myself to the select group of friends i have here i dont really no anyone, and those i do no outside of this select group of friends i havent really forged proper freindships with and dont really feel totally at ease around them and cant be myself! 15/m/straight, My g/f wears Bastad clogs that are from Sweden. They look really great on her and I like it when shes sitting and slides her foot in and out of the clog.I tried her clogs on and like how they looked and felt (comfortable). The style Im talking about is on village-shoes.com its called monet in black suede with black wood.My g/f wears a size 40 (10 USA) and they just fit Im a size 8 mens so I think Id wear a size 41 she said. It has caught on somewhat. I have heard the term twinkie in the same context as oreo before as I have heard "yellow fever" in the same context as jungle fever lol. I am currently a biology major at a college. I know this is disgusting, but I ran a Benedict's test on my urine to test for glucose. I've noticed precipitate in my urine recently, and since I do not have health insurance right now, I went ahead and ran the test myself just in case I got an obvious positive. Then I'd go ahead and get tested for diabetes since there shouldn't be any glucose. Anyway, The solution after cooling is brown. not red or yellow like it should be, but brown. Also, there is a HUGE amount of white/slightly yellow precipitate on the bottom of the beaker. about 50ml worth. My question is this: since Benedict's is blue and urine is yellow, is a negative result brown? and.... should urine normally produce an enormous amount of precipitate when heated? I don't know what this result is, and I'm not experienced enough to know.

The fast food mentality is one of the main culprits. How can you expect to get a gourmet dish from a fastfood joint served in under 15 minutes? How can I stay motivated?

I'm on weight watchers and I plan out my meals the night before. I have everything down to the point. It's all fine and dandy in the morning, but by the time 4oclock (or so) rolls around, I binge like you wouldn't believe. I want to cut out chocolate, refined sugar, "white carbs" and processed crap. Chocolate has (miraculously) been cut already and I don't think it's that big of an issue. Processed foods also. I'm not too bad about those. I only eat white carbs when I binge. And my sweet tooth is UNBELIEVABLE. How do I tame it? Any good tips for staying on track? I do want to lose weight, yes, but I also want to be healthy. All the junk listed above makes me feel like crap after I eat it, yet I can't stop. What can help me stop??

How do i tell my parents and friends that i want to die and that they should be happy im gone ?

i suffer from borderline personality disorder , major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. i want to tell my parents and friends that i see no cure for my illnesses and just want to die. about two weeks ago today i overdosed on my prescribed klonopin while at school , i called a crisis worker and her and a cop showed up to my apartment door . i was on the phone with her and said i wanted to take my pills , by the time she showed up , i has taken 10 pills plus the 2 i was normally prescribed. they called the ambulance and i was taken to the hospital where they told me to drink charcoal and where i was going to get a psych eval. well i was never seen by the doctor and they send me home. well around 12:00 am i was still feeling sad so i called a crisis worker again and told her i wanted to keep taking my pills. she said i needed to go back to the hospital so i went and as i was waiting in the er i took about 5 pills and was acting strange infront of the nurse. so they put me back in the psych unit and i talked to the doc where i said all i wanted to do is go home, she said she couldnt let me go and threatened a 302 ... well the same crisis worker who saw me the night before was called to do the 302 and convinced me to just sign my self in. well i was put in a shitty facility and after 2 1/2 days i begged the doctor to let me go home convinced i was fine. well i wasnt and i still wanna die. i am tired of all the pills , the appointments and nothing is working. that is not how a 21 year old should live and im on the brink of filing for disability because i cant stay stable enough to get a decent job. im tired and just want to die so how do i break the news to my therapist , doctor ... and find a decent way to tell my parents how i feel and that this is the only cure for my illnesses.
